Court: Dr Zambry is valid Perak MB

Datuk Seri Dr Zambry Abdul Kadir is the valid Perak mentri besar, the Federal Court ruled unanimously in a landmark case. The apex court ruled that the the question of confidence in the mentri besar may be determined by means other than a vote of no-confidence in the state legislative assembly as stipulated under Article 16(6) of the Perak Constitution.
